How do I return an item?
Please check the contents of your order for any damages/discrepancies. Damaged/missing pieces must be reported within 5 days of delivery. LimeWorks Hot Rod Parts is not responsible for defective or incorrect parts beyond replacement of the item. Customer assumes cost of labor, repair and/or shipping cost. All merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of purchase. Within 30 days the merchandise can be returned for a refund less shipping and handling charges.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition including the original packaging. LimeWorks Hot Rod Parts always recommends professional installation on all products. LimeWorks Hot Rod Parts is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. LimeWorks does not cover shipping cost of the return. Please contact customer service with any questions or to request a return. Thank you.
